I have had a quick look at these and this was the signal strengths I was getting from the repeaters. Eddie, There are three on Leach Highway but these are numberplate recognition cameras and not combined speed red light cameras. I had posted a link which described how they worked in a previous post but a mod deleted the link. You can also tell because the camera doesn't face the intersection which...

These antennas are most likely used by vividwireless to to their propagation testing, I have seen a car with these sort of antennas on them and while I was stopped at the lights I managed to have a quick look thru the drivers window and noticed the usual stuff needed for a propagation testing car.
