From experience, they most probably did'nt know that the lights weren't on, an easy mistake to make as the switches on the panel are separate.

I heard today that it has already been used. The criteria I understand is any patient who will not fit onto a FW stretcher, either too heavy or too wide.

True, but also some of the contents are now public knowledge which means that the pouches will be at even more at risk of being stolen, and the ambo's in danger of being held up for the pouches, because as we all know, addicts will do anything to get drugs. I've seen it too. It also has a bariatric wheelchair which is folded and stored in a locker behind the passengers side of the body.
