From experience, they most probably did'nt know that the lights weren't on, an easy mistake to make as the switches on the panel are separate.

I heard today that it has already been used. The criteria I understand is any patient who will not fit onto a FW stretcher, either too heavy or too wide.

I've seen it too. It also has a bariatric wheelchair which is folded and stored in a locker behind the passengers side of the body.
