FESA Electronic Forms

Can anyone help - I am chasing an electronic copy or pathway to;
"Form 1 of the ‘Incident Action Plan—Situation Summary’. from FESA.

Is this possible or does it only exist in hard copy from FESA or CFMs.

Kalamanda 1:4 on route asked in fire out - 6IP replied "affirmative". Interesting development. Must be huge mop up is Swan ICV coordinating.

Bullsbrook turned up too from the other side of the valley. 4 Light tankers - Impossible to cross river. Watched Helitacks dropping. With wind blowing the other way - released at about 1930. Communication to 6IP really patchy at best

Any updates tp "Two Rocks Fire"??? Heard Wannaroo 4.4 just arrived making contact
