Got my letter Today with my examination times. Seems as though the exams last a full day. Any tips or hints on how the day pans out? And how to do well?

So I'm sending in my application in on Monday.
Can anyone please tell me the process I will go through from them receiving my app?
Also does anyone know a rough time frame I should expect on when I will start training if I am successful?
