VK6ISS-7 consists of a Kenwood TH-D72A Hand-held running 5W on the factory (supplied) antenna.

ISS Digi is back up and running =D> Tonight I managed to get a few packets gated by various SGATE's across Australia. First time for me into VK7!

It's my understanding that the site was unsuitable and was abandoned early in favour of finding a new site. More soon. It was doing rather well, while the ducting was happening. Unfortunately very little APRS users on the road. I did hear it on my way to and from Perth. The return afternoon journey...

G'day All, Great ducting up the West Coast this morning. Managed an APRS beacon from near Nerren Nerren back to RTH-3 with a hop of 542.7kms! . Equipment used was a Byonics MT-AIO and a Tri-Mag Mount base with a SG7500. Output on the MT-AIO is currently 21W. This was mobile whilst travelling northb...
