SES Tom Price

Picking up our light tanker from repairs in midland yesterday, spotted this. It looks like Tom Price is getting a new vehicle. Just needs a new bullbar.

Iv never seen one of these on the fireground before, it must be fairly new, I was just thinking more command due to it being a crew cab. Usualy we just see the toyota landcruisers.

Cheers

LEST WE FORGET

They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning
We will remember them.

I think that just applies to certain areas. Generally if theres a fire in our district we get turned out on our own unless its a report of structural in which case its Midland, Mundaring and ourselves (Glen Forrest)

Yes, as of last week we have them untill the 14th. The fire ban for Mundaring shire will NOT be extended beyond the 14th so we loose the zone 2 response (automatic helitacs). not sure about other shires.
