There was a confirmed 5TH Alarm in the City this afternoon later downgraded to a 2nd Alarm. Some sort of "explosion" of a Mains Switchboard, electrician contractor with flash burns. Fire and Rescue crews from: Perth 1st, 2nd, 3rd Daglish 1st Pump and LT Daglish 2nd Pump and LT Osborne Park...

Confirmed 3RD Alarm Structure fire in Joondalup.
