6AR Frequencies

Post by IanK »

Hi

I normally listeren to 6AR via http://mirror-stream.warsug.info:8000/listen.pls

(Thanks a really great stream)

But I would like to listern while I am out and about and not connected to the net. I have tried listerning on 163.2500 (Waern 306) on my scanner but do not hear anything. Please advise if there is a 6AR repeater frequency I should be able to hear 6AR in the Northern suburbs i.e Ocean Reef

Thanks

Ian

164.000 is also another popular one for the metro area.

the WAERN range is not that good, so you need to change the frequency to your location that is nearest to you.
