Confirmed second alarm rescue, 1 vehicle crash, driver trapped, vehicle being stabilised.

Pretty bad boat fire in Rivervale - off Graham Farmer Fwy. Belmont and other appliances in attendance.

Major incident exercise held at Mount Barker Fire Station today. Present were a bunch of FESA managers (Fire Services and SES), Police (Mount Barker, Albany, Kojonup, Narrogin, Pingelly confirmed.), DEC & Plantagenet Shire amongst others.

i thought there was a fire this avo i can see smoke up my end more like a haze for smoke

1854 Fremantle 2nd enroute & Murdoch enroute
1857 Fremantle 66 investigating
1859 no sign of fire but there is smoke Murdoch still enroute
1902 Murdoch stood down Fremantle getting to work with hose reel

This had the potential to be very nasty. 80000L of petroleum fuel. The back of the cabin was on fire. The truck driver was able to extinguish with two chemical extinguishes. Understandably he was a little shaky. It took around 4 hours to tow the truck.

For record, Kwinana SOUTH 4.4 (VBFB) attended and called it in - They did a great job then handed over to Fremantle 1st FRS.
