Re: Other incidents/minor fires etc - 2010/2011
I live near Mueller Park in Subiaco (next to Kitchener) and just had to run over with a fire extinguisher from my apartment block to put out a stolen motorbike.
Daglish 1st attended and spent about 15 minutes squirting water on the tree which was also starting to burn.
Typical me, I never carry my phone anywhere, so sorry - no pics!

Last night a car rolled on to the Joondalup Line train tracks, preventing services from running between Perth and Stirling stations.

Police say the man lost control of his car and rolled onto the track just after 9pm.
Transperth were forced to stop trains running north and south on the Joondalup line for more than an hour while the emergency services removed the car, which had landed between the two sets of tracks.
St John Ambulance took the driver to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital with minor injuries.
Police will investigate the cause of the crash.
Rail services returned to normal operation at 11:30 PM last night.http://www.transperth.wa.gov.au/ServiceUpdates/ServiceDisruptions/tabid/128/newsid563/2130/Default.aspx wrote:Train services on the Joondalup Line are currently cancelled between Perth and Stirling stations.
Train replacement bus services are operating between Stirling and Perth at train replacement stops near stations.
Train services on the Joondalup Line continue to operate between Clarkson and Stirling stations and on the Mandurah Line between Perth Underground and Mandurah stations. Trains may experience delays and not operate according to their timetable departure times.
Transperth is working to rectify the issue as soon as possible and apologises for any inconvenience caused.

There appears to have been a major incident/fire at CBH's Metro Grain Centre between Abernethy Road & Dundas Road.
Can anyone shed some light into this one?
A fair few crews doing change over last night - and DM Newburn just booked off there this morning.
FLO heading out to the site now as well - 07:44
