Because they have pointed out the spelling as an issue to them for god only knows how long. Spell checkers etc have also been discussed plenty of times. So I think because FF has not been downloaded or if it is in use, the Australian dictionary add on is not installed. Or again if it is in use then spelling errors are being completely ignored.
That is what they're getting at. We've all expected that with the friendly dictionary advise that it would be installed and be used and would hopefully take some of the guess work out of reading some of the posts.
