Road Works?

Hey, Driving along Patterson st Rockingham Saturday and major traffic jam. I ended up skipping lanes and turning around. What was the cause? If it was road works, they have caused major delays and should have been done at night. What was the actual cause? Anyone know

Wasnt road works, it was an oversized load that they were moving.

No way it was? There were cones everywhere, lanes shut down? They must have prepped for hours
