Hi there,
I'm Adrian from Space Club Perth.
We're putting a high altitude balloon project together and as part of our tracking redundancy we just bought an APRS add-on unit for our Raspberry Pi kit.
(Primary tracking is LoRa, worst case scenario is a satellite tracker that's independent of all our electronics.)
This is the APRS unit we bought.

Issue is, no one has any experience with APRS. We need experience with the rules, someone with a HAM license and who's familiar with APRS. Anyone out there willing to help us work this out?

Any advice or beginners guides would be appreciated here.
Have a good one!

G'day Adrian
AMsat might have people interested but I can help out with APRS generally. Want to get in touch with me with your questions?
