to be honest, the organisations should know better than to put sensitive information over a radio network that isn't encrypted. pretty sure they have phones in NZ?

The Wanneroo Bush Fire Brigade only cover the spectator area at our V8 Round as part of the City of Wanneroo Emergency Plan. and Paddock/Buildings, not to mention any fires outside of race days (regardless of location).
