Thanks to AusRob we now have a relay hosted on a server with plenty of capacity for everyone. It's URL is:

http://stream.telewest.com.au:8000/listen.pls

Yeah. About a minute or so. It seems to be something built-in to Shoutcast.

fantastic guys, great job, defently will get a good workout this summer,

By the way if the url in the original post does not work it does not seem to be playing nice with the listen.pls at the end

I will go uninstall beta VLC I'm running
